I took a drive to Multnomah Falls. The road wasn't too bad, until about milepost 20. At milepost 23 I had to call the state police. A gal had gone off into the ditch. I couldn't stop to help, but at least I called. It looked like she was okay, just in the ditch.

The video is from Jan. 23rd. Taken by a local news crew. There is more ice now.
