I know. I live in Oregon and this mall is just a couple miles from my home, but it's not specific to Oregon. It's a Visa Card with $500 (they claim for school shopping - but what ***edit***WOMAN*** wouldn't want a Visa Card for - - - - ANY SHOPPING?). You can enter through their web site, but hurry. It ends by the end of this month. Or don't enter.... and up my chances. :-)
